1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all areas within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.


3. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.


4. Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us immediately at support@moreesy72@gmail.com . Once an order is shipped, we can no longer modify or cancel it.


5. What’s your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns on most items. Products must be unused and in original packaging. To request a return, email support@moreesy72@gmail.com  with your order number.


6. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


7. Do you offer warranties?

Most of our products come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to individual product pages or contact us for more details.
